How Gye Di handles the information you share with us through this website. Last updated October 8, 2026.

Who we are

Gye Di is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Queen Creek, Arizona, providing pediatric therapy and adapted events for children of all abilities. In this policy, "we" means Gye Di. You can reach us about anything here at admin@gyedi.org.

What you send us

When you use a form on this website, we receive what you type:

  • Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), what you are asking about, and your message.
  • Equipment donation form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the equipment you are offering, whether it folds, where in Arizona you are, and any notes.

Please don't include medical records or detailed health information in a form. If we need that, a therapist will talk with you directly.

What the website records on its own

With each form, the website also records the page you sent it from, the time, your browser type and language, and your IP address. We use these to spot spam and to trace a problem if a message goes missing.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and help with what you asked about.
  • To arrange equipment donations.
  • To keep a record of inquiries so nothing falls through the cracks.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it goes

  • Email: each form is emailed to our team.
  • Our website host: a copy is kept on our web hosting account with SiteGround, in a private area that is not part of the public website.
  • Our contact list: your details are added to our contact management system, GoHighLevel, so our team can follow up.

How long we keep it

The website removes the IP address from each record after 90 days and deletes the record itself after 365 days. Messages caught as spam are deleted after 30 days. Copies in our email and contact list are kept while they are useful to us, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether our forms are working. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell us who you are. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Donations and tickets

Donations are handled by Zeffy and event tickets by Givebutter. When you use those pages, you are on their websites and their privacy policies apply. We do not see or store your card details.

Children

Our work is with children, but this website is meant for parents, caregivers and supporters. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@gyedi.org.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
