Who we are
Gye Di is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Queen Creek, Arizona. In these terms, "we" means Gye Di and "the website" means gyedi.org. By using the website, you agree to these terms. You can reach us about anything here at admin@gyedi.org.
Not medical advice
The website explains our programs and shares general information about pediatric therapy. It is not medical advice, and reading it or sending us a form does not make you or your child a client of Gye Di. Please talk with your child's doctor or therapist about their care. In an emergency, call 911.
Tax credit information
What we say about the Arizona charitable tax credit is general information, not tax advice. Please check with a tax professional about your own situation.
Forms
When you send us a form, please give accurate details and leave out medical records. We use what you send as our privacy policy describes.
Equipment donations
Offering equipment through the website does not mean we can accept it. We will let you know whether we can take it and where to drop it off. Donated equipment is passed on as it was given, and we cannot promise that a piece suits a particular child. Families should have donated equipment checked and fitted by their child's therapist or equipment provider before use.
Donations and tickets
Donations are processed by Zeffy and event tickets by Givebutter. When you use their pages, their terms apply.
Photos and content
The photos, text and logo on this website belong to Gye Di or are used with permission. Please ask us before reusing them.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as Zeffy, Givebutter, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
The website as it is
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online.
